In this issue I'll be focusing on integration and the energies that are swirling around us from the universe at large. Chaos into integration is not always glamorous or even good smelling 😮 but you have to hold onto your authentic center to get through the other side.

If you're feeling the tremendous push to be more of who you really are and let go of the lesser parts of yourself that have kept you tethered to the old world, then know you're not alone. I'll be sharing my own experiences with this and hope to encourage you to stay with the process.

I've taken a big leap recently, one that's been looming in the corner of my vision board, quietly waiting for its moment to shine. It's all about the Beverly Hills Art Show - a dream of mine that I'm setting my heart on for next February.

The goal? To paint 8 pieces of artwork by then. Yes, you read that right - one painting a month, amidst the whirlwind of life that has me busier than I've ever been.

But here's where it gets exciting. I've begun to work on this goal NOW. If you know me, you'll remember my old habit of hustling with promotional materials at the eleventh hour, a rush that somehow left my work lurking in the shadows, far from the professional spotlight it deserved.

This time, though, I'm writing a different story. I've decided make art and marketing it from the get-go. It's a difficult integration, really, merging the heart of my artistic process with the fear of sharing it with the world - but that's what it's about these days - integration.

And so, with a blend of nostalgia and a dash of courage, I've uploaded some of my cherished old paintings and works onto my personal website which I've finally published.

This step is just the beginning, and I couldn't be more thrilled to have you along for the ride.

While working in my studio I noticed this wild bouquet of appropriated flowers spilling out onto the collage stuff, and oh, how wonderfully Spring-like it appeared. The colors, the vibrance, the sheer life in it demanded to be shared.

This bouquet isn’t just a cluster of flowers; it's a burst of inspiration, a reminder of rebirth and new beginnings, much like the essence of Spring itself.

Integration from Chaos

Lately, it feels like we're all playing a grand game of Integration, doesn't it? For those of you who keep an eye on the stars, it's probably not news that the universe has been throwing us some pretty intense curveballs.

It's as if we're being nudged, or rather pushed, to shed what no longer serves us - from outdated habits to long-held grievances - and make room for fresh starts and new blessings.

I'll be honest with you, these cosmic shake-ups have touched me deeply. There are times when celestial happenings glide by without much impact on me, but not this time around.

If you’ve been sailing smoothly, feeling unaffected, I'm genuinely happy for you. But on my end, it's been a whirlwind of introspection, feeling this profound push to reassess where I'm headed.

With a laundry list of dreams and a heart full of ambition, I've realized the importance of honing in on what truly matters.

And this is precisely why I chose Integration as our theme for this newsletter.

Have you been craving clarity? A sense of direction that's so strong, you can almost touch it? But then, finding yourself at a standstill because, well, what exactly are you supposed to manifest into your life?

If this rings true for you, just know you're not alone. In the past week or so, it feels like the fog has started lifting for me.

I crave a plan of action that blends long-held dreams, goals, and actions into a unified plan of action. Something that reflects my truest self. It's about finding harmony within the chaos and moving forward with purpose and passion.

I want to take a moment to share something close to my heart with you. It's about the incredible adventure of self-discovery and the beautiful process of integrating all the diverse pieces of who you are and what you can do.

Each of us has a unique story that we’re meant to tell and live, a story that is exclusively ours. Perhaps you've been feeling like you're at the end of one chapter, standing on the brink of something new, yet the next steps seem shrouded in mist, unclear and just out of reach.

I'm here to encourage you, to remind you that this is not only normal but a part of your growth. The chapters of our lives don't always transition smoothly or quickly.

Sometimes, there’s a pause, a breath between the sentences where everything seems to stand still. It's in these moments of stillness that we find the opportunity to weave together our talents, our dreams, and our experiences into something truly magnificent.

If you find yourself eagerly awaiting the clarity of what comes next, I urge you to cherish this time of anticipation. Be patient with yourself and trust in the process of becoming.

The story you have to tell is important, and it will unfold in its own time. Your job is not to rush it but to nurture it, to give yourself the space and grace to explore the depth of your being.

Remember, every great story has moments of suspense, of not knowing what lies on the next page.

These moments are what make the story worth reading, worth living. Your new chapter is on the horizon, and it promises to be everything you’ve hoped for and more. Just keep turning the pages with an open heart and trust in the timing of your life.

Here's to navigating this journey of Integration together, finding our paths, and, yes, manifesting the heck out of our deepest desires.

Astrology Forecast: April 25-May 1

This celestial meeting offers us a bird's eye view of our lives, encouraging us to peer into our futures with clarity and intention. The direct motion of Mercury, especially in conjunction with the North Node, nudges us towards our destiny, making it an auspicious time for setting intentions that align with our soul's purpose.

Mars, our cosmic foot soldier, finds itself in a poignant dance with Neptune in Pisces, marking the end of a significant cycle through the zodiac.

This alignment speaks to the culmination of a two-year growth period with Mars and asks us "what we have focused our energy on the past several years?" It might be a great time to answer that question and feel/see what you want to do differently this time around.

As Mars transitions back into its home base in Aries next week, it signals fresh starts and new beginnings. This weekend, you might find yourself feeling a mix of exhaustion and relief as Mars concludes its deep, introspective passage. Amidst this fatigue, the universe whispers a gentle reminder to release and let go, urging us to journal our insights, rest, rejuvenate, and find joy in our moments of pause.

The cosmic shift continues as Venus glides into Taurus on April 29, followed by Mars' fiery entry into Aries on April 30. With these personal planets returning to their home signs, there's a palpable sense of empowerment in the air.

This return home brings a springtime renaissance, both to our internal landscapes and the world around us. The concentration of planetary energy in Aries and Taurus infuses the cosmos with vitality and forward momentum, offsetting the introspective call from Saturn and Neptune in Pisces to continually explore our soul’s evolution.

This week, as the universe unfolds its plans, remember to stay attuned to your inner growth and the cosmic energies at play. Allow yourself the space to breathe, dream, and manifest, for the stars are aligning to support your path forward in the most beautiful ways.
